Boone and Bear LLC, a Game Company, respects your privacy (the Word Octopus app user) and is committed to protecting it through creation and compliance with the terms of its Privacy Policy which are as described:

  • The types of information that the company collects or that you may provide (“Personal Information”) when you download, install, register with, access, or use Boone and Bear LLC’s Word Octopus word game app.
  • Boone and Bear LLC’s practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing Personal Information.

It is important that you understand that our Privacy Policy applies only through the information we collect from you through your use of the Word Octopus app, or through any email, text, or other electronic communications sent to Us through or in connection with your use of the app.

Boone and Bear LLC is NOT working with or contracting or sharing to any third party company/corporation to use/possess any piece of Your Personal Information. Personal Information is temporarily held and then deleted by Boone and Bear LLC and its affiliates.

We ARE NOT collecting the following information at this time: email/email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, other contact info (any information that can be used to contact the user outside of the app), health, fitness, payment information, credit information, other financial information, coarse location, sensitive information (racial, sexual, political information, etc.), contacts, email or text messages, photos or videos, audio data, gameplay content, customer support, other user content (any other user generated content), browsing history, search history, User ID.

Automatic Information Collection

When you download, access and use the App, we may use technology to automatically collect:

  • Usage Details. We collect information about gameplay (crashes, types of gameplay moves used, types of words used, modes of game played whether solo or online, duration of gameplay, etc.) to create a better game experience and to prevent crashes and bugs. We may collect information about users’ interaction with advertising data. We may collect information crash data. We may collect other usage data. We may collect other performance data. We may collect information like the Unique Device Identifier (UDID) which is used in processes like matchmaking, storing player data (preferences) and purchases.
  • Device Information. We may collect information about your mobile device, including the device’s Unique Device Identifier (UDID) which is used in processes like matchmaking, storing player data (preferences) and purchases, etc.

If you do not want us to collect this information do not download the App or delete it from your device.

We use software to collect information about gameplay that helps us improve our Services in the App, and to see which features are popular and to count visits.

Boone and Bear LLC is NOT sharing Personal Information of users with any third party companies at this time.

Although we strive to protect your personal information transmitted through our App, any transmission of personal information is at Your own risk.
